Hello, I'm Elie Morris and thank you for stopping by . . . 

I have been a Realtor since  2002 while I was living in my home town of Detroit, Michigan.  After 50 wonderful years in Motown, I relocated with my wife to Las Vegas.  I certainly love living in exciting Las Vegas.  With so much to do, such a great future and you sure can't beat the weather, I look forward with great excitement to the next 50years (OK, maybe only 45).  There is so much happening while we are making our comeback from the Real Estate crash.  Like the "High Roller", the largest Ferris Wheel in the world . . . the "Shops at Summerlin" is open and FABULOUS.  Add two new water parks plus sunny skies 330+ days a year to enjoy some of the finest outdoor activities the world has to offer.  From world class hiking, biking and mountain climbing at Red Rock Canyon to skiing at Mt. Charleston only an hour away, or a drive through Lake Mead National Park while on your way to the marvelous Hoover Dam.

I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and hold the SFR certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialists along with a MRP designation as a Military Relocation Specialist.  I love working with buyers whether you are a first time buyer or have bought dozens of homes.   I have been listing homes for banks for the past 12 years along with providing all lending institutions with Broker Price Opinions, which is similar to a market analysis.  The Real Estate market is making a strong comeback and I am very bullish on the this town.  It's a great place to retire or raise your family.
